What is the status of my order? To check the status of your order, you may contact Customer Service at CustomerService@Skyroo.com or click on the "Track Your Order" link located on the top header bar of the store.
If you believe your package may be late or arrived at an incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service department. If your package was shipped through the US Postal Service and has not been delivered by the fourteenth day after shipment, it is considered lost and will be re-shipped. Reshipments are done only after customer address verification.
